What the inquiry form collects
The forms ask for contact details, project location, role, project type, preferred contact method and a description of the work. Quote and plans requests may also include dimensions, materials, timing and files you choose to send.
How the information is used
The information is used to review and respond to your project inquiry. It is sent to the Lloyd’s contact address configured for the website through the server-side email provider Resend. The website does not sell inquiry information.
Files and third parties
Quote and plans forms accept limited project files for review. The server checks file types and sizes before sending them with the request through the configured email provider. Resend processes email delivery as a service provider. The site does not claim that a message was delivered until the server confirms the email service accepted it.
